At Golden Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new lighting fixtures do not perfectly complement your home, you may return them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, uninstalled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the fixture back into its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, crystals, and instruction manuals are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the carton, making sure to remove or cover any old shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit for quality assurance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
