What is the typical lead time for shipping?
Most in-stock fixtures ship within 2 to 3 business days. Custom orders or backordered items may take 4 to 6 weeks, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do your lighting fixtures include bulbs?
To allow for personal preference in color temperature and brightness, bulbs are typically sold separately unless specified in the product description. We recommend using LED bulbs for energy efficiency.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We provide free replacements for any components or full fixtures damaged during transit.

Do you offer professional installation services?
